MJ’s tracks on Sonic Generations?

Will we see Sega admit that they used Michael Jackson’s tracks in Sonic 3 before the tribute game comes out? 

With Michael Jackson’s involvement revealed in developing portions of Sonic the Hedgehog 3’s music, will Sega release the music for the upcoming Sonic Generations game?

The reason I ask this question, or anyone that has followed my posts about MJ’s involvement with the game, is because the upcoming Sonic Generations game celebrates 20 years of the Sonic franchise.  The game is supposed to have enhanced Zones from 20 years of games.  Will they cover the popular Zones from part 3?

Sega’s recently released demo had remixes of the Green Hill Zone music.  Will they replace the music for the MJ written Zones?  Or will they remixed the tracks as well with Sega giving credit to MJ?

By the way, the new game looks great.
